I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the ocean and in the midst of all the non-stop action of the city. Being able to walk out and have the beach right there was such a treat. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the small pool was a nice touch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and Christoph was incredibly pleasant. The extras included with the stay, such as the Facial Treatment, Tequila Tasting, Free Bike, and Yoga Class. The room itself was beautiful and clean, and the beds were very comfy. The central location made it easy for me to explore and enjoy everything the city had to offer.

We had an amazing time at Thompson Beach House. The location was perfect, right next to 5th Avenue with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The best part was being just steps away from the beach. The room was really nice and the breakfast was good. The service was top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel situated right on the ocean, in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect, just down the street from all the action of 5th Avenue. Our room was lovely with a stunning balcony view. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. We also had access to a rooftop pool at a nearby hotel. a fantastic stay with great amenities.

The noise from neighboring hotels and bars could be a bit bothersome at night.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a truly exceptional experience. The location of this place is absolutely fantastic, situated right at the beach. I was able to relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views from my very own balcony. Not only that, but this hotel is also located right in the midst of all the non-stop action of the surrounding area. There were plenty of top shopping outlets nearby, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and the service was impeccable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I also appreciated the range of amenities available, including the in-room safe and mini-bar. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it truly exceeded my expectations.

the single deluxe room had a gorgeous view of the ocean and palm trees and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast options were delicious, especially the avocado toast and berry bowl with yogurt. the pool area was beautiful and the bartenders were friendly and attentive.

The service was lacking, with long wait times for valet parking and mediocre service at the beach club. the front desk was not helpful with reservations and struggled to give dinner recommendations.

On some nights, the noise from the neighboring hotels playing loud music could be a bit bothersome, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. Also, the beach wasn't the best for swimming as it was a bit rocky and had a lot of seaweed.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was located right next to the top shopping outlets and had direct access to the beach. The service was exceptional, they even offered room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry which made my stay much more comfortable. They also had tours/ticket assistance and a happy hour which was a great added bonus. The room itself was lovely with an in-room safe, air conditioning, mini-bar, and balcony - I loved relaxing there!
